1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using Neon Melon, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or otherwise legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Neon Melon accounts

Some Neon Melon features can be explored without an account. An account may be required to export content, use hosted features, access plan-specific capabilities, connect Desktop Studio, track usage, connect supported services, or use other account-based features.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting access to your account.

Neon Melon may support sign-in through email, Google, or other approved authentication methods.

3. Free plan and 7-day trial

Eligible users receive a 7-day trial of paid Neon Melon features that are available to their account. The trial begins with the first successful meaningful export rather than simply creating an account.

The trial includes up to 200 total Content Mixer exports. Other trial features remain subject to applicable technical, security, platform, and usage safeguards.

If you do not purchase a paid subscription, the trial ends and your account continues on the regular Free plan. Saved projects remain available, although certain paid features may no longer be accessible.

You are not automatically charged when the free account trial ends.

Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per account and may be restricted where abuse, duplication, or attempts to circumvent plan limits are detected.

4. Paid plans, billing, renewal, and cancellation

Direct Neon Melon paid subscriptions are purchased through Neon Melon's account and billing system. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. Neon Melon does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

Available paid plans include Standard, Premium, and VIP. Current prices, features, limits, and billing intervals are shown on the Neon Melon Pricing page and during checkout.

Neon Melon paid plans are available with monthly or annual billing. Annual plans are charged as one annual payment rather than monthly installments. The checkout screen shows the actual amount charged and billing interval before you confirm the subscription.

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled before the next renewal.

Customers may manage an eligible direct Neon Melon subscription through Neon Melon account billing controls and the Stripe customer portal. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, cancellation stops the next renewal and paid access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

Upgrades may take effect immediately and may include prorated charges. Downgrades may take effect at the next renewal. The applicable timing and amount will be shown before you confirm a billing change.

Skool memberships, community benefits, referral bonuses, or promotional entitlements may provide separate Neon Melon access in some circumstances. Those benefits are separate from a direct Neon Melon Stripe subscription and do not make Skool the payment authority for a direct Neon Melon subscription.

5. Refunds, taxes, and failed payments

Refund requests are reviewed by Neon Melon at its discretion, subject to applicable law. To request review of a payment, contact [email protected] using the email address associated with the account and include relevant transaction information.

Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected by Stripe based on billing information, location, and legal requirements.

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment. Neon Melon may provide a grace period, but paid features may be reduced or suspended if payment remains unsuccessful.

A failed payment does not mean that your Neon Melon account or Free-plan data is automatically deleted.

6. Plan features and usage limits

Different Neon Melon plans may include different export allowances, resolutions, Content Mixer limits, automation capabilities, processing allowances, audio features, support levels, publishing features, or other functionality.

Current plan limits and benefits are shown on the Neon Melon Pricing and Compare pages. Account-level limits may be shared across supported Neon Melon products connected to the same account.

Where Neon Melon tracks processing or hosted-feature usage, usage may be recorded using the successful source duration, generated duration, export count, request count, or another measurement appropriate to the feature. Failed or cancelled operations may be treated differently depending on the applicable feature.

Features described as unlimited remain subject to reasonable-use limits, technical safeguards, security requirements, infrastructure capacity, and measures intended to prevent abuse or automated misuse.

7. Desktop Studio and device linking

Desktop Studio may use a device-link process to connect an installed copy of Neon Melon to your Neon Melon account.

Authorized devices may receive account tokens that allow the application to verify plan access, entitlements, and applicable usage. You are responsible for devices connected to your account.

Neon Melon may revoke device authorization where reasonably necessary for account security, fraud prevention, expired access, or enforcement of these Terms.

8. Your content and media

By using Neon Melon, you agree to comply with applicable laws and confirm that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents for content you import, edit, process, export, publish, or otherwise use with the Services.

You are responsible for your content and for how you use, publish, distribute, or share it.

Neon Melon does not grant you rights to third-party material, including copyrighted works, trademarks, music, images, video, audio, likenesses, voices, or other protected content.

You retain ownership of the images, video, audio, text, graphics, and other material you provide to Neon Melon.

You may not use Neon Melon to violate copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, platform rules, or other rights belonging to another person or organization.

Neon Melon does not claim ownership of content merely because you process it using the Services.

9. Acceptable use and AI Voice

You may not use Neon Melon to interfere with the Services, bypass usage limits, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, exploit security vulnerabilities, misuse another person's account, or violate applicable law.

Automated use that places unreasonable load on Neon Melon infrastructure, attempts to evade plan restrictions, or materially interferes with other users may be limited or blocked.

If you use AI Voice, voice cloning, or another feature that creates speech from a reference recording, you must own the recording or have permission to use it and must have any consent required from the person whose voice is used.

You may not use voice features to impersonate another person without authorization or for fraud, deception, harassment, unlawful activity, or other misuse.

You are responsible for generated audio and for disclosures, permissions, or notices required by applicable law, contract, or platform policy.

10. Local, hosted, and connected-AI processing

Most Desktop Studio media processing happens locally on your computer. Certain Web Studio, account, authentication, transcription, hosted, publishing, or other connected functions may require information or media-related data to be transmitted to online services.

When you connect a compatible AI assistant, Neon Melon may return requested file names, folder information, transcripts, analysis results, project information, or other enabled outputs to that connected AI session.

You control whether a supported AI connection is enabled and which supported folders, tools, or capabilities are made available through the connection. The connected AI provider's own terms and privacy policy also apply to that service.

Local processing may still use account-level entitlement, licensing, security, or usage records where applicable.

11. Third-party services

Neon Melon relies on third-party services for portions of the Services, including authentication, infrastructure, transactional email, payment processing, software distribution, social sign-in, connected platforms, community benefits, and other integrations.

Depending on the feature used, these services may include Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, Google, Apple, Microsoft, Meta, Skool, and compatible connected-AI providers.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Neon Melon is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or failures caused by services outside Neon Melon's reasonable control.

12. Publishing and developing features

Some features may be labeled beta, early access, coming soon, experimental, authorized testing, or otherwise under development.

Facebook, Instagram, and Threads connection and publishing features are currently limited to authorized testing while applicable Meta permissions are under review or while customer access is being prepared.

Features that depend on third-party platforms, including publishing, scheduling, analytics, or account connections, may change based on API availability, platform permissions, technical restrictions, review status, or third-party policy changes.

Neon Melon does not guarantee that an announced, experimental, or platform-dependent feature will remain available in its current form.

13. Updates and availability

Neon Melon may add, remove, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops.

We aim to keep the Services available and useful, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Desktop software may require updates for security, compatibility, account verification, licensing, or access to newer functionality.

14. Intellectual property

Neon Melon, its software, branding, interfaces, designs, documentation, workflows, website content, and related original materials are owned by or licensed to Neon Melon and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms give you permission to use the Services. They do not transfer ownership of Neon Melon intellectual property to you.

15. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, feature requests, ideas, bug reports, or other feedback, you allow Neon Melon to use that feedback to improve, develop, market, or operate the Services without an obligation to compensate you.

This does not transfer ownership of your underlying media or creative work.

16. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse, violation of these Terms, unsuccessful payment, unlawful activity, or protection of Neon Melon and its users.

You may stop using Neon Melon at any time. Direct paid subscriptions can be managed through the billing controls available from your Neon Melon account. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, cancellation prevents the next renewal and paid access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

Separate Skool memberships or third-party subscriptions must be managed through the controls provided by those services.

17. Disclaimers

Neon Melon is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that every export, AI-generated result, platform integration, automated workflow, caption, scheduled action, publishing request, or third-party connection will operate without interruption or error.

You are responsible for reviewing exported or generated content before publishing or distributing it and for maintaining appropriate backups of important source files and completed work.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neon Melon, RIDGWAY PROPERTY LLC, and their applicable owners, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.

This includes, where permitted by law, losses arising from lost content, lost revenue, lost data, publishing failures, generated-content errors, third-party service interruptions, or account-access problems.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as Neon Melon changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a revised version is published.

Continued use of Neon Melon after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

20. Promotional affiliate offer

Neon Melon may provide a promotional benefit to eligible new members who join Disrupter Academy Standard through Neon Melon's designated affiliate link.

The promotional benefit is separate from Disrupter Academy Standard. Disrupter Academy and Neon Melon are separate products and memberships.

Disrupter Academy Standard costs $47 per month. Neon Melon Premium has a stated $39 monthly value. Together, they represent a $86 combined first-month value for an initial Academy Standard payment of $47.

The promotional benefit does not discount Disrupter Academy or change its billing, renewal, cancellation, or refund terms. The Academy membership continues under its own terms.

Eligibility requires joining through the designated affiliate link and successful referral verification. The promotional benefit is limited to one per eligible person. Unverified, refunded, reversed, or otherwise ineligible referrals may be declined.

Participants may be asked for their name, Skool email address, and confirmation of the qualifying Academy membership. Neon Melon may verify eligibility before activating the promotional benefit.

Receiving the promotional month does not authorize automatic Neon Melon renewal or charges.

When the promotional benefit ends, the participant may choose whether to purchase a direct Neon Melon paid plan. Direct Neon Melon subscriptions are purchased separately through Neon Melon's Stripe-backed billing system. If no separate paid entitlement applies, the Neon Melon account returns to the applicable Free-plan access level.

A Disrupter Academy membership and a direct Neon Melon Stripe subscription are separate transactions. Neon Melon may receive an affiliate commission from qualifying Disrupter Academy referrals. The promotional benefit is provided separately by Neon Melon; Disrupter Academy does not own or endorse Neon Melon.

1. Information you provide

Depending on how you use Neon Melon, you may provide information such as:

• Email address
• Name or display name
• Account or authentication information
• Support requests and communications
• Device-link requests
• Feedback, feature requests, and bug reports
• Promotional benefit claim information, if you submit a claim
• Billing or transaction references when you contact us about a payment

Direct Neon Melon payment-card details are processed by Stripe rather than being collected directly by Neon Melon.

2. Account and authentication information

Neon Melon uses authentication services to create and verify customer sessions.

Authentication information may include your verified email address, authentication-provider user identifier, sign-in method, verification status, and session-related information.

Neon Melon currently uses Supabase for customer authentication. If you choose Google sign-in, Google also participates in the authentication process.

Neon Melon may maintain its own account identifier separately from the authentication provider so that account access can work across Web Studio, Desktop Studio, and other supported Neon Melon products.

3. Plan, trial, and entitlement information

Neon Melon may store information needed to determine what your account can access, including:

• Free or paid access level
• Trial start date and eligibility
• Trial usage
• Subscription or entitlement status
• Plan or price identifiers
• Plan activation source
• External membership references where applicable
• Promotional benefit activation and expiration details
• Administrative or test entitlement information where applicable

A Neon Melon entitlement may come from a direct Stripe subscription, a promotional or manual entitlement, a Skool-based benefit or referral bonus, or an administrative or testing entitlement.

Those entitlement sources are not necessarily the same transaction and do not all represent a direct paid Neon Melon subscription.

4. Usage information

Neon Melon may record account-level usage needed to operate plan limits, trials, hosted services, processing allowances, security controls, and supported features.

This may include the type of usage, units used, Web or Desktop platform, relevant timestamps, reset periods, successful processing duration, generated duration, export counts, and internal references associated with an operation or hosted feature.

Applicable usage may be pooled across supported Neon Melon products connected to the same account.

5. Desktop device information

When you connect Desktop Studio to your account, Neon Melon may store device-link information such as a device name, authorization status, platform, token-related security information, link timestamps, and recent token activity.

Passwords and raw device-access tokens are not intended to be stored in plain text.

6. Your media and creative content

Neon Melon is designed to process images, video, audio, text, collages, transcripts, project information, and other creative materials that you choose to use with the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents for content you choose to process through Neon Melon.

Most Desktop Studio media processing happens locally on your computer. Web, hosted, connected-platform, or connected-AI functions may require selected information or media-related data to be transmitted for the requested operation.

The amount and type of information transmitted depends on the feature you choose to use.

Neon Melon does not claim ownership of your creative content simply because you process it using the Services.

7. Transactional email

Neon Melon may send transactional messages related to account verification, sign-in, security, device linking, billing or subscription events, service notices, support, promotional-benefit claims, and other account activity.

Neon Melon may use approved email-service providers, including Resend, to deliver these messages. Transactional email is used to operate the Services and is not the same as optional promotional marketing.

8. How information is used

Neon Melon may use information described in this Privacy Policy to:

• Create, authenticate, and maintain your account
• Determine trial, Free, paid, promotional, or administrative access
• Apply applicable usage limits and processing allowances
• Connect supported Desktop Studio devices
• Process user-requested features and integrations
• Operate optional connected-AI tools
• Connect supported social accounts for authorized testing or approved publishing features
• Process billing and subscription status received from Stripe
• Review, verify, and fulfill promotional-benefit claims
• Provide customer support and transactional communications
• Protect accounts, prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain service security
• Diagnose problems, improve reliability, and develop Neon Melon features
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

9. Service providers and connected platforms

Neon Melon may use third-party service providers and platform APIs to operate portions of the Services.

Depending on the feature you use, these providers and platforms may include Stripe for direct payment processing, Supabase for authentication and related account services, Cloudflare for hosting or infrastructure, Resend for transactional email, Google for supported sign-in or integrations, Apple and Microsoft for supported software distribution, Meta platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Threads for supported connected-account features, Skool for community or promotional-benefit information where applicable, and compatible connected-AI services.

These providers and platforms may process information as needed to provide their applicable services, subject to their own terms, privacy practices, platform rules, and contractual obligations.

Neon Melon does not sell your personal information.

10. Meta connected accounts: Facebook, Instagram, and Threads

If you choose to connect a supported Meta account, Neon Melon may process information provided through Meta APIs for Facebook, Instagram, and Threads, where supported by the feature and authorization available to your account.

Customer-facing Meta publishing features are currently limited to authorized testing while applicable permissions remain under review.

Meta-connected information may include:

• Meta account or user identifiers
• Facebook Page identifiers and names
• Instagram professional-account identifiers and names
• Threads account identifiers and names, where supported
• Access tokens and authorization status needed to maintain the connection
• Permissions granted to Neon Melon
• Media, captions, publishing destinations, scheduling details, and other content you choose to publish
• Publishing results, status information, post identifiers, and publishing history
• Supported analytics or insights data returned by Meta for connected accounts or published content

Neon Melon uses this information to provide connected features you request, such as displaying authorized destinations, publishing or scheduling customer-selected content where permitted, displaying publishing status or history, and showing supported account or content analytics.

Neon Melon does not request or store your Facebook, Instagram, or Threads password. Access is provided through Meta authorization and can be revoked through the applicable Meta account or connection settings.

Disconnecting a Meta integration prevents future authorized access through that connection. You may also request deletion of applicable Meta-connected data previously stored by Neon Melon using the Data Deletion instructions below.

11. Stripe and payment information

Stripe processes direct Neon Melon subscription payments.

Neon Melon may receive and retain information needed to operate billing and entitlements, such as:

• Stripe customer identifiers
• Subscription identifiers and status
• Price or product identifiers
• Invoice references
• Payment status
• Transaction references
• Billing interval
• Relevant billing or renewal dates

Neon Melon does not receive or store your complete payment-card details. Stripe handles payment-card information and may process billing-address information and applicable tax calculations.

Separate Skool memberships may still provide community access, promotional benefits, or entitlement information where applicable, but those are separate from direct Neon Melon Stripe billing.

12. Connected AI and MCP features

Neon Melon may support connections to compatible AI assistants through enabled Neon Melon tools.

When you enable such a connection, Neon Melon may return information requested through the enabled tools, including file names, folder information, transcripts, analysis results, project information, or other supported outputs.

You control whether the connection is enabled and which supported folders, tools, or capabilities are made available to the connected AI session.

Information sent to a connected AI service is also subject to that provider's own terms, privacy policy, account settings, and data practices.

Neon Melon diagnostics are not intended to include account tokens or file contents unless that information is specifically required for a user-requested support or diagnostic process.

AI Voice is designed to perform supported voice processing locally after required provisioning on supported platforms, although account, entitlement, security, or usage records may still be maintained by Neon Melon.

13. Promotional benefit claim information

If you claim the Disrupter Academy affiliate benefit, Neon Melon may collect your name, Skool email address, confirmation of your qualifying membership, and information needed to verify referral eligibility.

Neon Melon may maintain claim-related information such as submission and verification timestamps, eligibility status, claim status, activation date, benefit expiration date, and records needed to prevent duplicate claims or resolve support issues.

This information is used to review and verify the referral, communicate with the claimant, activate and manage the promotional entitlement, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, and resolve questions about the offer.

Relevant claim details may be checked against available membership or affiliate referral records. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, appropriate business records, and applicable legal obligations.

Receiving a free promotional entitlement does not itself authorize a direct paid Neon Melon subscription or automatic Neon Melon charges.

14. Cookies and sessions

Neon Melon websites and Web Studio may use cookies, browser storage, session tokens, or similar technologies that are reasonably necessary to keep you signed in, maintain account sessions, remember supported preferences, protect the Services, and provide requested functionality.

Third-party services used by Neon Melon may also use their own necessary cookies or session technologies as part of authentication, security, payment processing, or service delivery.

15. Security

Neon Melon uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account information and service data against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Security measures may include encrypted connections, access controls, token-based authentication, hashed or otherwise protected credentials, infrastructure security controls, and limits on access to operational data.

No online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

16. Data retention

Neon Melon retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, maintain account access and entitlements, enforce plan limits, process billing status, provide support, maintain connected integrations, protect security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate business records.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the feature involved, account status, legal requirements, and whether information is still needed for a legitimate operational purpose.

Promotional claim information may be retained as reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, fulfill the benefit, prevent duplicate claims, provide support, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate business records.

Connected-account information, including applicable Meta account identifiers, authorization records, publishing history, and analytics data, is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested integration or for another legitimate purpose described in this Privacy Policy.

Information that is no longer reasonably necessary may be deleted, de-identified, or retained only where permitted or required by law.

17. Your choices and data-deletion requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of applicable personal information associated with your Neon Melon account or promotional claim.

To request deletion of your Neon Melon account data, including applicable connected-account data from services such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or Google:

1. Email [email protected] .
2. State that you are requesting deletion of your Neon Melon account data.
3. Provide the email address associated with your Neon Melon account so the request can be verified.

After verification, Neon Melon will delete or de-identify applicable account data and connected-service data, except where information must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.

Disconnecting a third-party integration may revoke Neon Melon's future access to that service. You may still request deletion of applicable information previously stored by Neon Melon.

For a request concerning promotional claim information, identify the email address used in the claim so the relevant records can be located and the request verified.

You may also contact Neon Melon through the community support page , but joining Skool is not required to submit a privacy or deletion request.

18. Children's privacy

Neon Melon is not directed to children who are not legally permitted to use the Services or provide consent under applicable law.

If Neon Melon learns that personal information was collected from a child in violation of applicable law, reasonable steps will be taken to delete that information.

19. International use

Neon Melon and its service providers may process or store information in countries other than the country where you live.

By using the Services, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in locations where Neon Melon or its service providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements.

20. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Neon Melon changes, adds features, changes service providers, or responds to legal or operational requirements.

The effective date shown at the top of the legal page will be updated when a revised version is published.
