Terms & Privacy.
These policies explain the rules for using Neon Melon and how information is handled across Neon Melon Web Studio, Desktop Studio, accounts, memberships, and related services.
Using Neon Melon.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Neon Melon, including Web Studio, Desktop Studio, related account services, websites, software, tools, features, support, and future Neon Melon products.
1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using Neon Melon, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or otherwise legally able to enter into these Terms.
2. Neon Melon accounts
Some Neon Melon features can be explored without an account. An account may be required to export content, use hosted features, access plan-specific capabilities, connect Desktop Studio, track usage, or use other account-based services.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting access to your account.
Neon Melon may support sign-in through email and password, Google, or other approved authentication methods.
3. Free plan and 14-day trial
Eligible users receive a 14-day trial of Neon Melon’s available paid features. The trial begins with the first successful meaningful export rather than simply creating an account.
If you do not purchase a paid membership, the trial automatically ends and your account continues on the regular Free plan.
You are not automatically charged when the trial ends.
Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per account and may be restricted where abuse, duplication, or attempts to circumvent plan limits are detected.
4. Paid plans and Skool memberships
Paid Neon Melon access is currently connected to eligible memberships purchased through the Neon Melon community on Skool.
Available paid access levels may include Standard, Premium, and VIP. Current prices, features, and limits are shown on the Neon Melon Pricing and Compare pages.
Creating a Neon Melon account does not purchase a Skool membership or authorize a charge.
Payments, renewals, billing information, subscription cancellation, and applicable Skool membership transactions are processed through Skool and its payment providers.
Your Neon Melon paid entitlement may depend on the status of the corresponding Skool membership. If that membership expires, is cancelled, refunded, revoked, or otherwise becomes inactive, paid Neon Melon access may also end or revert to the Free plan.
For best account matching, you may be asked to use the same verified email address for Neon Melon and your Skool membership.
5. Plan features and usage limits
Different Neon Melon plans may include different export allowances, resolutions, automation tools, caption limits, audio capabilities, publishing features, or other functionality.
Free-plan limits and paid-plan features may change as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on the current Pricing or Compare pages.
Features described as unlimited remain subject to reasonable-use limits, technical safeguards, security requirements, infrastructure capacity, and measures intended to prevent abuse or automated misuse.
Usage may be pooled across Web Studio, Desktop Studio, and other Neon Melon products connected to the same account.
6. Desktop Studio and device linking
Desktop Studio may use a device-link process to connect an installed copy of Neon Melon to your Neon Melon account.
Authorized devices may receive account tokens that allow the application to verify plan access and usage. You are responsible for devices connected to your account.
Neon Melon may revoke device authorization where necessary for account security, fraud prevention, expired access, or enforcement of these Terms.
7. Your content and media
You retain ownership of the images, video, audio, text, graphics, and other material you provide to Neon Melon.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use, edit, process, publish, distribute, or otherwise work with that material.
You may not use Neon Melon to violate copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, platform rules, or other rights belonging to another person or organization.
Neon Melon does not claim ownership of content merely because you process it using the Services.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Neon Melon to interfere with the Services, bypass usage limits, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, exploit security vulnerabilities, impersonate others, misuse another person’s account, or violate applicable law.
Automated use that places unreasonable load on Neon Melon infrastructure, attempts to evade plan restrictions, or materially interferes with other users may be limited or blocked.
9. Local and hosted processing
Some Desktop Studio functions process media locally on your computer. Certain Web Studio, account, authentication, subtitle, publishing, or other hosted functions may require information or media-related data to be transmitted to online services.
The exact processing path depends on the feature being used.
10. Third-party services
Neon Melon relies on third-party services for portions of the product, including authentication, hosting or infrastructure, transactional email, membership processing, social sign-in, and other integrations.
These services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Neon Melon is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or failures caused by third-party services outside Neon Melon’s reasonable control.
11. Publishing and developing features
Some features may be labeled beta, early access, coming soon, experimental, or otherwise under development.
Features that depend on third-party platforms, including automated publishing or scheduling, may change based on API availability, platform permissions, technical restrictions, or third-party policy changes.
Neon Melon does not guarantee that an announced or experimental feature will remain available in its current form.
12. Updates and availability
Neon Melon may add, remove, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops.
We aim to keep the Services available and useful, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Desktop software may require updates for security, compatibility, account verification, or access to newer functionality.
13. Intellectual property
Neon Melon, its software, branding, interfaces, designs, documentation, workflows, website content, and related original materials are owned by or licensed to Neon Melon and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms give you permission to use the Services. They do not transfer ownership of Neon Melon intellectual property to you.
14. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, feature requests, ideas, bug reports, or other feedback, you allow Neon Melon to use that feedback to improve, develop, market, or operate the Services without an obligation to compensate you.
This does not transfer ownership of your underlying media or creative work.
15. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse, violation of these Terms, nonpayment of a required paid membership, unlawful activity, or protection of Neon Melon and its users.
You may stop using Neon Melon at any time. Ending a paid Skool membership is handled through the applicable Skool membership controls.
16. Disclaimers
Neon Melon is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that every export, platform integration, automated workflow, caption, scheduled action, or third-party connection will operate without interruption or error.
You are responsible for reviewing exported content before publishing or distributing it and for maintaining appropriate backups of important source files and completed work.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neon Melon and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.
This includes, where permitted by law, losses arising from lost content, lost revenue, lost data, publishing failures, third-party service interruptions, or account-access problems.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as Neon Melon changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a revised version is published.
Continued use of Neon Melon after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Passwords and raw device-access tokens are not intended to be stored in plain text.
6. Your media and creative content
Neon Melon is designed to process images, video, audio, text, collages, and other creative materials that you choose to use with the Services.
Many Desktop Studio operations process media locally on your computer.
Web or hosted functions may require selected content or technical information to be transmitted for the requested operation. The amount and type of information transmitted depends on the feature you choose to use.
